Dan Stoegbauer – Owner – Associate Broker

Dan got his start in real estate as a researcher in the land department of Grubb & Ellis, learning the fundamentals of market growth. After graduating from Arizona State University, Dan began working for D.R. Horton homes, one of the nation's largest homebuilders, in 2002. Over his first five years, Dan sold over 650 homes in the Phoenix Metro area. Dan went on to become the sales manager / designated broker for D.R. Horton Homes, and managed the sale of over an additional 2000+ homes. After working seven years with D.R. Horton, Dan Joined forces with Scot Ellis and Mike Morawitz to create Top Five Real Estate, LLC, where they share a passion and focus for finding their clients their dream homes.

Scot Ellis – Owner – Agent

Scot began his real estate career over 10 years ago working for DR Horton Homes, one of the leading new home builders in the nation. Scot spent most of his 9 years there in a very demanding, high home producing community. This gave him the great privilege of helping 1000s of clients find “Their” home. Scot offers his clients years of expertise, a value for honesty and integrity that is unsurpassed, and is willing to go the extra mile. Scot graduate from Point Loma University in 1996. He is married and has two energetic boys.

Michael Morawitz – Agent

Mike Morawitz moved to Arizona in 1993, where he graduated from Saguaro High School in Scottsdale, AZ. Mike went on to the University of Arizona where he attained a degree in Finance from The University of Arizona. Mike has been active in real estate for 10 years, and has sold over 2500 new and resale homes.

Jeff Bruning – Agent

Jeff moved to Arizona in 1996 where he graduated from Arizona State University. Upon graduating he spent years in the mortgage industry where he closed over one thousand loans. In 2007 he made a career change to Real Estate going to work for D.R. Horton. He proved himself there quickly becoming one of the top sales agents with a recognized focus on customer service. He joined the Top Five team with intent of continued success keeping the focus on the customer’s needs. With years of experience in multiple fields Jeff has the overall knowledge base to ensure you the best service possible.

Luke Varley – Agent

Luke has lived in Arizona for 28 years and graduated from Northern Arizona University in 1999. After college he was the project manager for a custom home builder. Luke began his real estate career in 2003 working for DR Horton Homes where he helped hundreds of families purchase their house. Luke has the experience needed to help anyone from first time home buyers to the seasoned investor. He is married with two mellow dogs and enjoys spending time with them, golfing, camping and travelling.

Mike Ross – Associate Broker

Mike relocated to AZ from CA in 2005, and has been involved in the Real Estate industry for over 20 years. His experience includes being a licensed general building contractor, building consultant and expert witness. Mike has consistently been a multi-million dollar producer. Combine this with his knowledge of homes and you are assured to be in excellent hands.
